I feel it's a great way of getting your Omega 3 and contains EPA and DHA which helps supports the health of your cardiovascular system. It has been amazing for mental health I stopped taking mental health medication thanks to this product. My mom, and grandmother have taken it for the same. Excellent product, fair price, but the shipping was slow. In all fairness, it may have been due to seasonal issues at USPS. The tracking information was useless as it seldom identified where the shipment was at, reporting only things like "received at processing station" and "left processing station" without ever saying which station.

I have been using this wonderful Omega-3 for over a decade. This is what my parents in Korea use as I ship this to them once or twice a year. I have recommended it to several of my friends as well. I hope this product will continue to be available.

I like the Vitamin World Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil. The price is good and it is a large but easy to swallow capsule. My doctor recommended I take fish oil. This one has no following burps.
