RETURN POLICY
We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You may return any opened or unopened products for a full refund.
- If you ordered more than 1 of a specific item, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be sealed.
- Subscription orders will follow the same policies as individual orders.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on Clearance items or items noted as “Final Sale”.
- The purchaser is responsible for all cost of return shipping. We recommend using insured/trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for item(s) that do not make it back to us.
- Purchases originating from a third-party seller are exlcuded from Vitamin World's Return Policy.
Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis. Vitamin World reserves the right to refuse a return.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Please refer to your packing slip for return information and return address.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions).
REFUNDS
Vitamin World will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within five business days of receiving the return. However, PayPal and some banks may take longer.
EXCHANGES
Vitamin World does not offer exchanges.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
If you are having trouble with or believe one of your items to be defective, please send photos or videos of the issue to our Customer Service Team at custserv@vitaminworld.com so we can evaluate.
IN-STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Bring your items and receipt within 30 days of purchase to the store near you and our store associates will assist you.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to edit or cancel your order after it has been placed, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-866-667-8977. Representatives are available to answer your calls from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET Mon - Fri and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET Sat - Sun. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Orders placed outside of the United States cannot be returned or refunded. International orders are final sale only.
BULK PURCHASING AND RESELLER POLICY
At Vitamin World, our mission is to provide quality products to customers for personal use, ensuring fair access and availability. To uphold this, we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders identified as Bulk Purchases or Reseller Activity.
Bulk Purchasing is defined as any order containing 10 or more of the same SKU, or a combination of orders that, at Vitamin World’s discretion, appear related and total more than 10 items of any SKU. Additionally, any single order or combination of related orders totaling $200 or more before taxes and shipping will be classified as a Bulk Purchase. Vitamin World may determine orders to be related based on factors such as customer history, order timing, or order patterns.
Reseller Activity is defined as any purchase intended for resale to third parties, as our products are intended strictly for personal use. Customers suspected of engaging in Reseller Activity may have their orders canceled and may be restricted from making future purchases.
Bulk Purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If there is an issue with a Bulk Purchase order, such as damaged goods or an incorrect shipment, customers must report the concern to Vitamin World Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery to custserv@vitaminworld.com or (866) 667-8977.
