Full spectrum -- from a best brand!
Solgar is a favorite brand already -- they are part of my 'holy trinity' of brands I trust.
I hadn't tried them before for EFAs, just getting familiar with this product. But I am impressed by the full spectrum nature of the fatty acids and their processing methods.
I love fish but don't eat it enough. And when I do, I sometimes worry about mercury levels.
This is a product I trust, from a brand I know trust and love. Thrilled to have found it.

No fishy after taste
Salmon oil is amazing for you and this one I had no fishy after taste. Plus it has vitamin D3 which is an added bonus in the winter when there isn’t enough sunlight
