Researchers at the University of Cincinnati conducted a study that found there was significant improvement in non-allergic rhinitis symptoms - specifically nasal congestion, sinus pressure, sinus pain, and headache - over the course of two weeks. Other symptoms improved within minutes of using the nasal spray and the biggest side effect was the minimal stinging sensation that lasted for a short period after use.
