Sea vegetation is harvested from ripe, lush sea vegetables from the purest seawater. Sea vegetation includes a broad spectrum of Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Trace Minerals and Macro Minerals. To maximize the nutrient list we combined ten types of sea vegetation including Alari Esculenta, Costaria Costata, Entermorpha Linza, Fucus Gardneri, Fucus Vesiculosus, Gigarina Alveata, Laminaria Digitata, Nereocystis Luetkeana, Rhodymenia Pertusa, Ulva Latuca, Aloe Vera Concentrate (Aloe Barbadensis Miller 100:1 Concentrate, Organic Silver 50ppm).

The water is high PH and almost all I drink is RO. That RO water is really too clean and mineral deficient which can may result in mineral leaching from my system. Consequently I need a mineral supplement. After trying several Sea Essentials is my preference. I put a light dose in one of my water bottles on runs of 4 miles or more and try to consume some daily. I can tell the difference when I forget. I have shopped the Anthem Vitamin World store for years. The team is always very helpful. To the point that I will miss or skip my daily rather than buy elsewhere. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASIEST VITAMIN TO SIP! I really LOVE these liquid vitamins. Very easy to drink like water! Light flavor! Yet Potent! When I drink in the morning it works like a charm! It make my eyes wide open! and boosts my energy! 5 years in-a-row taking it and MANY more until I DIE!
