The salesman suggested it and I trusted his judgement, based on the problems that I had with other protein powders and what I was looking for. I'm a chocolate girl so, that's the flavor I bought. It taste good, is filling and provides all the nutrients I need; plus it is easy on the stomach. The only thing I don't quite like is the gritty taste but, I read other reviews and now I let it sit for a while. It doesn't taste as gritty and gets thicker. I would definitely buy it again.

None of the other protein powders I've tried have been able to keep me feeling full like that. I mix it in the blender for a few seconds and it's done. It is a bit gritty but it doesn't taste sugary like a normal blended shake. I'll also sometimes put in half a scoop when I emulsify fruit and veggies for dinner.

I have tried many different meal replacement products over the years; some okay and others disappointing. Raw Meal satisfies my appetite and my nutritional needs. If I share it with my wife I add some fresh fruit to satisfy her ever present sweet tooth. Left on my own I may add some veggies for a great smoothie or perhaps just add a teaspoon of Vitamin World Spirulina Powder for an added boost. I just purchased my fourth container of Raw Meal and use it as a complete meal 4-5 times a week.

I always get the chocolate flavor and add frozen bananas, extra cacao & cacao nibs for some extra zest and crunch. I will at times add avocado, honey and or coconut oil. I have been using this product now for over a year to replace meals and satisfy hunger. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great meal replacement shake.

It fills me up for a good 3 hour and I don't experience bloating from it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the grittiness of it but that is minimized if you let it set about 30 minutes and then it thickens up more. My favorite go to is banana, unsweetened almond milk with 1 scoop mix in blender. Yummy!
