I don't take consistently to know if people loose weight on it, but has a good blend of amino a acids, protein, and gut support; has been a great help for me. I have muscular dystrophy and pots; several food allergies, and other health issues. So nice to finally find a shake my body can tolerate, and tastes good in water...since I can't digest soy or almond milk and am allergic to dairy. thank you!

Pros- gives energy, helps with the digestive tract, reduce hunger and I absolutely have no cravings. I blend my raw fit with frozen strawberries and almond milk. 20oz.... Cons. It's a bit gritty. But if you can get pass that you are off to a good start.

Please have an option for someone to purchase a refill that can be given without the big plastic packaging. Please. I seriously have considered not buying the product because of this and that would very sad.
