A:The dosage on the bottle is for a serving size of two tablets. Customers have found if they take two tablets daily, they achieve the best results. If you want to take just one, you (of course) can do that. Just make sure when you are reading your supplement information you divide the amounts in half since you would only be taking half the serving.
