Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too much Iodine I love that these are organic and have 10mcg of Iron, however, I have to stop taking them because they have 100% of the iodine we need as adults (because I use iodized salt and already get enough iodine). If these did not have iodine, I would continue to use them.
