This newly reformulated, easy-to-swallow Lecithin Concentrate replaces Ultra Soya Lecithin 1200 mg. with a higher percentage concentration of phosphatidylcholine in a much smaller softgel. 

Each softgel contains 140 mg. of phosphatidylcholine. Lecithin is an important natural source of choline and linoleic acid that supports cell growth and function, and also helps maintain heart health.**
