What is autoSHIP&SAVE?
Vitamin World's autoSHIP&SAVE program is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. With autoSHIP&SAVE you will receive great prices on your favorite items + Free Shipping on all qualifying orders! All subscription orders are sent via standard shipping.
You always have complete control over your autoSHIP&SAVE orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ located within your account. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled order date and you can cancel at any time. We send an email reminder 5 days before each order ships.
How do I join autoSHIP&SAVE?
Joining Vitamin World's autoSHIP&SAVE program is easy; it can be done while browsing a product page or reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the autoSHIP&SAVE option for your desired product, select your preferred frequency, and then sign in or create an account during checkout. Guest checkout is not eligible.
What will happen after I join autoSHIP&SAVE?
After you join Vitamin World's autoSHIP&SAVE program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ where you can manage your future orders, autoSHIP&SAVE subscriptions, and autoSHIP&SAVE account information.
We will place your autoSHIP&SAVE orders automatically at your selected frequency but you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. All orders are shipped via standard ground Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We will send you an email reminder 5 days before each autoSHIP&SAVE order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your autoSHIP&SAVE account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
How do I make changes to my autoSHIP&SAVE?
Once you've joined, autoSHIP&SAVE is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, pause, or cancel a subscription by visiting the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date:
- To change your next order date, please visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Change Date’ button to the right of the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order. Skip an order:
- To skip a subscription order, visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Skip Order’ button to skip the entire order. Change order frequency:
- To modify the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, please visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account.’ Simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu. Pause subscription:
- To pause a subscription item, please visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ and click ‘pause subscription’. You’ll be prompted to select the date you would like your orders to resume. Cancel a subscription:
- To cancel a subscription item, please visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ and click ‘cancel’. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
How do I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Edit’ link under Shipping Info. This will allow you to change your shipping address for an individual order or for all your subscription orders.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
autoSHIP&SAVE items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one autoSHIP&SAVE item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the ‘autoSHIP&SAVE’ tab within ‘My Account’ section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?
Yes! To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order, and find the ‘Add item to my next order on:’ button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as a subscription.
What types of payments are accepted for autoSHIP&SAVE?
All autoSHIP&SAVE subscriptions require a credit or debit card on file. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted. Your default card in 'Payment Settings' within the 'My Account' section will be used for all autoSHIP&SAVE orders.Back to top
How do I receive texts for reorder?
When you check out you will be automatically enrolled unless you uncheck the opt in. It’s a one-time enrollment so you will receive texts for any of your past or future purchases. Once you opt-in, you’re in!
How often will I get texts?
We will only send texts when it’s time to reorder. Depending on how often you have bought an item in the past or how often that item is typically ordered in the past, we will send you a text.
How do I stop receiving texts?
If you ever decide that you no longer want to receive texts, you can reply to any of our texts with an STOP and we will not send you texts anymore.
What will happen when I respond yes?
Once you respond yes to our texts, the item will automatically be reordered.
What if I'm not ready to reorder?
You can always respond with ‘RemindMe’ and ask us to send you a reminder whenever you’d like.
Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the autoSHIP&SAVE program, you hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These autoSHIP&SAVE Terms & Conditions supplement the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement located on Vitamin World.com, incorporated herein by reference, and govern your use of the autoSHIP&SAVE program.
To set up Vitamin World autoSHIP&SAVE, you must register at www.vitaminworld.com with a valid email address. You must have a default credit card on file. Credit cards and debit cards are the only valid payment types accepted for autoSHIP&SAVE orders. PayPal will not be accepted. You hereby authorize Vitamin World to charge your default credit card for all autoSHIP&SAVE orders, indefinitely, from the date the first order is processed, unless you cancel your autoSHIP&SAVE shipments. Recurring orders will not be charged until they are shipped. You agree to all charges for products based on the frequency selected. autoSHIP&SAVE orders will be in effect indefinitely from the date the first order is processed, unless canceled.
You can modify or cancel your autoSHIP&SAVE shipments at any time by logging in to your vitaminworld.com account and altering your subscription, or by calling our customer service team. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request.
autoSHIP&SAVE pricing will reflect a percentage off the then regular product price at the time the order is processed, excluding certain pricing, including but not limited to, BOGOs or any multiple-item discount. These promotions cannot be combined with the autoSHIP&SAVE program. Vitamin World will notify the customer of the amount of all charges prior to the order being fulfilled (10 days in advance of ship date). Vitamin World reserves the right to cancel any recurring orders due to incorrect autoSHIP&SAVE product pricing.
If an autoSHIP&SAVE product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock. If an autoSHIP&SAVE product is discontinued, you will be notified by email and your autoSHIP&SAVE shipments for that product will be canceled. If a discontinue product is the only product you have set up for autoSHIP&SAVE, then your autoSHIP&SAVE services with automatically be cancelled.
If an autoSHIP&SAVE product is reformulated, repackaged, or resized, you will be notified via email and informed of the changes to the product. Vitamin World will include the updated product as part of the current autoSHIP&SAVE subscription so that your current subscription is uninterrupted. If you choose not to include the updated product in your autoSHIP&SAVE subscription you must cancel your autoSHIP&SAVE subscription for that product.
These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the autoSHIP&SAVE order, including but not limited to: Quantity, Pricing, Frequency of shipment, and Credit card information. Shipping restrictions may apply. autoSHIP&SAVE services are not available for international orders.
Vitamin World reserves the right to revise these autoSHIP&SAVE Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the current binding autoSHIP&SAVE Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these autoSHIP&SAVE Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, you may cancel your registration for the autoSHIP&SAVE program at any time. Vitamin World reserves the right to discontinue the autoSHIP&SAVE program at any time for any reason.
