I started taking a One A Day multi-vitamin when I was 27 and although I knew it helped I just felt there was something missing. I'm 29 now and my mother heard about these and bought them for me 6 months ago and within the FIRST WEEK I felt a significant difference in my energy level. After the first 30 days, my nails were thicker, my hair was thicker, even my lashes grew longer! That meant more to me than anything-if i'm seeing results I never saw before I can only imagine the great things it's doing on the inside. Friends that notice the visible results ask me what I'm doing and I tell them about these vitamins. I'm addicted to these and buy 2 boxes at a time so there's no lapse. I've been taking them now for 6 months and my plan is to take them until I'm 50 then switch to the 50 plus vitamins. I don't have much of a plan for life but I know that much.

I tried several brands of multivitamins including GNC ultra mega woman, natures made multivitamin packs, Spring Valley multivitamin packs, centrium, one a day, vitamin code and many others. I became tired of looking around for multivitamin and purchasing meal replacements or supplements (vega, nature valley and 24 hour fitness brands) that met daily requirements. While I take significantly more than the suggested daily amount, I find this brand to be the most effective at this time. Because I have to take more then the suggested amount I don't find this supplement cost-effective but it will have to do until these brands make a multivitamin that meets the daily requirements without having to buy other bottles, e.g. Calcium, iron, b supplements, etc. I don't particularly like that my body needs hot water to break down the supplements. However after talking to several sales people at a variety of pharmacies and health food stores this seems to be a common issue for users of multivitamins.

All I can say is: I'd be lost without them. I feel, they make a difference in my day.

I bought these vitamins once before and just reordered a new box. I noticed there are now only 7 pills instead of 10 and when I checked the ingredient list I noticed that a lot of them are completely gone and several more have been greatly reduced. However the price has increased????? I liked the pills as they were before but I cannot recommend the new recipe with so much missing. If you are going to take away 1/2 the ingredients you need to charge 1/2 the price, not more.

I was taking a variety of vitamins, but this has everything I needed. I like that this contains D, calcium, fish oil, flaxseed oil, among other things.

I love these multi-packs. I used to buy supplements by the individual bottle and not only was it more expensive, it was also time-consuming to get them all together. I now down the components of the daily pack and can grab them and go if I need to run out of the house. And trust me...there are more useful vitamins and minerals in this pack than in any one-a-day on the market. Results? Heck yeah! I'm a 60 year old woman who's doing the 60 day Insanity workout...and almost keeping up! Body fat coming off, muscles going on, both with some help from these supplements.

March 2012 - It's a lot of pills to take - 10 to be exact!! I was a little concerned when I had blood drawn after taking these since August 2011 that my potassium was low?! I thought that was quite strange? Nevertheless, I will continue taking these and add a banana to my daily diet too.
I also recommend, and take the B-12 and Chewable Vitamin C tablets.
