How To Order

1. From our home page, you will be able to search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top right center of the website.
2. Using the search box will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their prices.
3. To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on 'View Label.' A pop up box will appear with the label information.
4. Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button next to that product. This will place that product in your Shopping Cart, where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update Cart button. You can remove a product by clicking Remove Item.

Method 1: Quick Order Form

Are you pressed for time? Do you already know the item numbers of all the vitamins you are looking for?
Simply use the Quick Order Form link in the upper right hand side of the home page. Enter products by Product Number as displayed on this website, in a prior order or located on a bottle label. Once you've entered the product numbers you wish to purchase in the boxes, click the Send button. All of the items you entered will appear in your cart for you to review, at which point you can change quantities, remove the item, continue shopping, or proceed to the secure online check out.


Method 2: My Favorites

Do you have a favorite item that you order again and again?
With the 'Favorites List' feature, you can store your favorite items in a category created just for you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items you want to put in your shopping cart. To save items in your "Favorites List," either click the Add to Favorites link located next to any item OR click on the "Favorites" link located on the top navigation bar. Then, click on the 'Add More Favorites' button. Enter the item number(s) of the product(s) you wish to save and click the 'Add To Favorites' button. From here, you will be able to add any of these items to your cart or continue to browse our site. The next time you visit our site, it will only take one click for you to find all the items you love.

Using a combination of these methods will result in a quick, hassle-free, and safe way to place your future orders.
6. At this point you can:
  • Continue Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart.
  • Update Cart to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
  • Begin Check Out to complete your order.
7. Once you are ready to complete your order, select Checkout from the top navigation bar, your shopping cart or the link located underneath any item. Here, you will need to provide your billing and shipping information.
8. After entering your billing and shipping information, click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the "Confirm Order" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and modify it if necessary. It will also allow you to choose your shipping method.
9. Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, you will need to enter your credit card information OR check the Make Payment By Phone option. Once you have chosen a payment method, click the button that applies to your payment choice and this will complete your order.
10. Your final screen will give you a printable receipt of your order.
11. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost charged to your card.
