your search to one word. If you can not find a particular product

You can recommend any of our products to your friends simply by clicking on the send to friend button on the product detail page. After you clicked on that image - you'll see a small convenient window where you can provide
your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend."

Place An Order
- From our home page, you will be able to browse through the product categories or search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left navigation of the site.
- Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s).
- To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on "view label." A pop up box will appear within the page you are on with label information. If the label information is not available online, the pop up box will indicate an email address you can use to request the label information for that product.
- Once you have decided which product you would like to
purchase, click on the Add to Cart button next to that product.
This will deliver that product to your Shopping Cart where you
can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity
you wish to order, please remember to click the Update Cart button.
You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.
We have now made it easier, faster and more convenient
for you to order with us.
Method 1- Quick Order Form
Are you pressed for time? Do you already know the item numbers of all the vitamins
you are looking for? Simply
use the Quick Order Form
link on the right side of the top navigation bar, select
products by Product Number as displayed in an ad, on this
website or in a prior order. Please enter the product numbers
you wish to purchase in the boxes and click the Send button.
All of the items will appear in your cart for you to review, at which
point you can change quantities, remove the item, continue shopping,
or proceed to the secure online check out.
Method 2- My Favorites
Do you have a favorite item that you order again and again? With the
'My Favorites' feature, you can store your favorite items in a category created just for
you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items
you want to put in your shopping cart. To save items in your 'My
Favorites List', Click on the "My Favorites List" button located on
the top navigation bar. Click on the "Add More Favorites" button. Start entering
the product #'s of all of the items you wish to save in your 'My Favorites List'.
Once you've entered all of your products #'s, click on the "Add To Favorites"
button. From here you will be able to add any of these items to your cart or
continue to browse our site. The next time you visit our site, it will only
take one click for you to find all of the items you love. To add more items
- Click the 'Add More Favorites' button and begin entering new product #'s.
To remove an item(s)- Simply click the remove button to the right of each item you wish to remove.
Using a combination of these methods will result in a quick,
hassle-free, and safe way to place your future orders.

Begin Checkout to complete your order.
Once you are ready to complete your order, you will need to
provide us with your billing and shipping information. If you have
already created an account with us, you can sign-in at any time during
your shopping session, including during check-out, and your billing
and shipping information will automatically appear during check-out.
HOWEVER, your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will
need to be re-entered. This is for the safety and integrity of your
credit. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to
have your information stored for future orders, simply click the
"remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping information
page and the next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping
information will automatically appear. In order to take advantage of
this feature, you must have your cookies enabled on your computer.
After entering your billing and shipping information, click the
"continue checkout" button. This will take you to the "order review" page
where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and
modify any of it if necessary. Here, you will also be able to enter any
promotional coupons you may have. Your final screen will give you a
printable receipt of your order.
Once you have verified your personal information and shipping
options, you will need to enter your credit card information
OR check the "Make
payment by phone" option. This option can be used if you prefer
not to give your credit card information over the internet.
Once you choose this option, a customer service representative
will contact you shortly to obtain your credit card information
and continue processing your order. Once you have chosen a payment
method, click the "Place Your Order" button for credit card payment or
click the "Phone Me" button to have a Customer Service Respresentative
call you for your credit card information. Clicking either of these buttons
will complete the check-out process.
Your final screen will give you a printable receipt
of your order.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by
a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the
final cost charged to your card.

Edit My Order 
If you wish to edit or change your order

has been placed, simply send us an email
asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been
processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however,
you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit. Customer

Coupon Redemption 
If you have a promotional coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout
process. There is a coupon redemption section located beneath the shipping options
section. Simply enter the promotional coupon number and click "Enter Code." Once the page refreshes,
you will see the coupon deducted from your total amount. If you encounter any errors due to
lack of information or incorrect information, once corrected, you may need to re-enter
your promotional coupon again in order to receive your credit.
Bonus Rebate Redemption 
Your bonus voucher will contain a bonus code # which you can enter when ordering online.
You will enter this on the Order Review page in the box marked 'Bonus Rebate Number.' You will
also need to enter your Savings Passport membership # if you haven't already done so.
Once you enter the necessary information, you will see the amount deducted in the "Totals"
section of the Order Review page.

Promotional Ads 
If you have a promotional ad from which you would like to order, click on the
promotion code link located in the bottom navigation bar.
Enter the promotion code number listed in the ad into the promotion code box
and click "enter code." You will then see the list of items indicated in the ad with their
special prices. Check the box or boxes next to the item(s) you wish to purchase and click "add
to cart." Once you have added the desired products to your cart, you can update the quantity desired.
You may only order products from one ad per order. If you wish to use a different ad after you've
already added products to your cart, you must remove all products from one ad before you can order
products from another.

How to use "My Favorites List" 
With the 'My Favorites List' feature,
you can store your favorite items in a category created just for
you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items
you want to put in your shopping cart. In order to take advantage
of this feature, you must have your cookies
enabled on your computer. Please remember, your list will only be available from the computer you created it on.
Step 1 - Click on the "My Favorites List" button located
on the top navigation bar.
Step 2- Click on the "Add More Favorites" button.
Step 3 - Start entering the product #'s of all of the items
you wish to save in your 'My Favorites List.'
Step 4 - Once you've added all of your products, click on
the "Add To Favorites" button.
Step 5 - You should now see all of your
items in your 'My Favorites List.' From here, you can now manage
your list.
To add items to your list - Click the "Add More Favorites" button and
continue from Step 3.
To remove an item(s) -
Simply click "remove item" located to the right of each item you wish to remove.
To add an item to your shopping cart - Simply click the box
to the left of each item and a √ mark will appear. Now click
the "Add Selected To Cart" button. You should now see the item(s) you checked
in your shopping cart. From here, you may either continue shopping or begin the check-out process.
Create An Account 
Users who create a personal account with
us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us
thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account,
simply select "Sign-In/Register" at the top right of
the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You
will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to
create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for
future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of
the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your
billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order
to take advantage of this feature, you must have your 'cookies' enabled
on your computer.
Forgot Username or Password 
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the sign-in/register screen
and choose "forgot my password." You will then be able to enter
your email address and we will mail you your username and password.
If you receive an email in which the password field is blank or says 'NONE,'
this means you have never registered with us.
Edit Account Information 
If you wish to edit your account information,
simply click the "sign-in/register" button located at
the top left side of the page. Enter your email address and password
then click the "sign-in" button. Choose "Update Your Profile," change any information
you wish to change and click the "Update Your Profile" button located on the lower
left hand side of the page.

Domestic Shipments
VitaminWorld.com will ship your order by UPS (available only in the
contiguous 48 states) for only $1.95.* If you prefer, you can
have your order shipped USPS** (Post Office) for only $1.95 (please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination). For
faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air,
or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (Orders placed after 3:00 p.m.
do not process until the next business day. All orders received over the
weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m.,
then will be shipped within 24 hours.)
International
Shipments - Including Mexico and Canada Unfortunately, Customs will not allow our products to be shipped to France or Germany. We do however, have a mail order division in the United Kingdom, with whom you can order.
